We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join a successful regional housebuilder in the Nottingham area. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in new build residential developments who enjoys working closely with internal teams, consultants and local authorities to ensure projects run efficiently from planning through to completion.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and/or engineering processes within the housing sector, along with the ability to manage multiple developments at different stages.Responsibilities of the Technical Coordinator:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Oversee and manage Building Regulations approvals and condition discharges.
- Review and coordinate technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage section agreements (S38, S104, S278) from instruction through to completion.
- Liaise with utility providers to coordinate service designs and installations.
- Support site teams in resolving technical queries and challenges.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all work meets NHBC and Building Regulations standards.
