- Support the design and implementation of talent management initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of the company's talent pool.
- Assist in the management of talent development programmes.
- Engage in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Work closely with HR team to align talent management with business objectives.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and career development discussions.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent management strategy.
- Assist in maintaining an effective HR information system.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in talent management within the financial services sector.
- Strong and relevant experience of supporting and running internal succession planning processes within the last 3 years
- Hands on experience of working with third party vendor contracts
- Demonstrable experience of suppoting internal, global talent reviews
- Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
- Demonstrable experience of data and reporting on internal talent management priorities
- Ability to design and implement talent development strategies.
- Proficiency in managing a diverse talent pool.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive daily rate of £250-£300 per day - Inside IR35 (PAYE/Umbrella)
