  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in talent management within the financial services sector.
  • Strong and relevant experience of supporting and running internal succession planning processes within the last 3 years
  • Hands on experience of working with third party vendor contracts
  • Demonstrable experience of suppoting internal, global talent reviews
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and databases.
  • Demonstrable experience of data and reporting on internal talent management priorities
  • Ability to design and implement talent development strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing a diverse talent pool.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
