Working Hours: Monday to Thursday- 1pm to 10pm (30-Minute break), Friday- 12pm to 6pm (No break)

Looking for a full-time permanent opportunity with weekly pay and ongoing support from an expert consultant?Pertemps Dudley Industrial are working in partnership with a well-established, forward-thinking manufacturing company based in Dudley. We're currently looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join their growing team, operating Bystronic Press Brake Machines on a full-time basis.Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Bystronic CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets with precision.
- Work from detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Select and install correct tooling based on material type and thickness.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished parts using measuring equipment to ensure compliance.
- Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as required to maintain production efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety policies.
- Collaborate with the wider production team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Proven experience setting and operating CNC Press Brake Machines (Bystronic).
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced production team.
- Counterbalance Forklift License (Desirable).
- Overhead Crane License (Desirable).
