Location: Gloucester or StroudWe're looking for an experienced Family Solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join a respected and expanding legal practice with a long-standing reputation in Gloucestershire. This is a key position within the Family team, offering a mix of interesting work, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to the department's continued growth.The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of private family matters including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements
- Private law children matters
- Cohabitation issues and disputes
- A qualified solicitor with at least 4-5 years' solid experience in family law
- Confident managing your own caseload and undertaking your own advocacy
- Comfortable advising on finances, children, and relationship breakdowns
- Resolution membership (or working toward it) is desirable
- A clear communicator with strong organisational skills
