- Initiate or assists in the investigation, maintenance of non-conformances, deviations, complaints, and CAPA process.
- Contributor to the Quality Management review through product and process trend analysis.
- Input to site validation programs covering all manufacturing, testing, and support systems.
- Contributes to the Quality Risk Management process.
- Initiates, drives, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supports Quality Improvement Projects for site.
- Works with customers and commercial team members on quality issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Scientific degree, or equivalent.
- Proven problem-solving experience.
- Experience in root cause investigation (please prepare study case examples)
- Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements. (GMP and ISO9001 advantageous)
- Prior experience supporting operations (GMP advantageous) with a strong emphasis on QMS system implementation, Investigation/Deviation/Non-conformance and CAPA management, trend analysis and lean/six sigma (Green belt level advantageous).
- Must have software and technical skills, all Microsoft Office applications. (Q-Pulse, Trackwise or other electronic QMS software an advantage)
- Confident and flexible working attitude; work effectively within an environment that has quickly changing priorities, and deadlines to satisfy customers both internal and external to the organisation.
- Knowledge in Quality Management Systems (QMS), practical experience with QMS electronic applications, strong investigative and CAPA skillset.
- Must be organized and possess excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills, with a good attention to detail.
