Electrical Shift Lead - Central LondonLead a technical team at a key static site in Central London.Role: Electrical Shift LeadSalary: £50,000 - £55,000Shift: Continental shift pattern -DAYS ONLYLocation: Central London (Static)Your Role:
  • Lead a team of engineers on shift
  • Oversee and execute both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
  • Ensure H&S and critical site compliance.
  • Manage electrical faults and ensure site reliability.
  • Organise shift activities, manage permits to work, and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • 18th edition
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance (critical environment preferred).
  • Leadership/supervisory experience.
