- Provide second line technical support for F5 products, including BIG-IP, ASM, APM, and DNS Load Balancer
- Proactively monitor F5 infrastructure to identify and mitigate potential issues before they escalate
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles
- Participate in incident management and problem resolution activities, including root cause analysis
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Providing remote support and change management assistance to our customer base on a 24x7 basis as required
- Managing and monitoring call queues ensuring adherence to customer SLA's
- Proactive Technical account management for large corporate clients, providing a single point of contact for customers to escalate issues
- Experience providing second line technical support for F5 products, including BIG-IP, ASM, APM, and DNS Load Balancer
- Experience providing remote support and change management assistance to our customer base on a 24x7 basis as required
- Have a good working knowledge of at least one other of these security products : Check Point, Zscaler, Netskope, Fortinet, Pulse Secure, Palo Alto
- Solid understanding of networking technologies, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, IP sub-netting, and will possess a good understanding of the 7 layer OSI model and associated protocols
- You must have solid experience in an IT service role, where you have been required to support and troubleshoot network security environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing at all levels
- You must have the ability to work as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
