- Research and identify prospective clients across various industries, from SMEs to large enterprises
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Book discovery calls and meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure follow-up activity is logged and tracked
- Share market insights and feedback from prospects with internal teams
- Support marketing and sales campaigns to drive engagement
- Number of qualified meetings booked.
- Volume and quality of prospect engagements.
- CRM accuracy and usage.
- Contribution to pipeline growth and lead conversion.
- Responsiveness and follow-through on outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Comfortable working with targets and metrics in a sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not essential.
- Interest in IT, HR, or professional services is desirable.
- Organised, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
