Family Associate/Senior AssociateTauntonChadwick Nott are instructed by one of the South West's most respected family law teams, renowned for its Tier 1 Legal 500 ranking and Chambers & Partners recognition.With offices across the UK, their family practice is expanding, and they are looking to bolster the team with a talented Family Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' experience in high-net-worth (HNW) family matters.You'll be stepping into a full and varied caseload that includes:
  • Divorce and financial remedy cases
  • Complex children law issues
  • Civil partnerships and cohabitation disputes
  • Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
  • Disputes involving agricultural and business interests
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in managing privately funded family law matters with minimal supervision
  • A strong academic background and excellent communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client care and business development
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Ideally, an understanding of agricultural markets and clients
