- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders.

- Manage new client accounts, support onboarding, and develop upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals at industry events and exhibitions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure top class service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. Have an understanding of CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to track leads and manage client interactions.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within relocation services.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Meticulous attention to detail in proposal writing and follow-ups.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
