- Installation of sheet metal ductwork, supports, and associated components
- Assisting with measuring, marking, cutting, and assembling duct systems
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work meets industry standards and health & safety requirements
- Working effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Supporting the fitter (for mate role) with lifting, positioning, and securing ductwork
- NVQ Level 2 in ductwork is a strong advantage
- Previous experience as a duct fitter or duct fitter’s mate
- Ability to read and follow drawings and instructions
- Good knowledge of health & safety practices
- CSCS card is essential
- Driving licence beneficial
- Strong work ethic and reliability
