- Optimise performance across multiple properties, ensuring revenue streams are maximised and targets consistently met & exceeded.
- Outperform competitors by harnessing market intelligence and leveraging data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver commercial success.
- Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and influence at every level - from your peers to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate insight into action to maximise performance.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar multi-property or cluster revenue management role.
- Proven success in delivering and surpassing revenue targets.
- Strategic and commercial drive - always looking for opportunities to grow and innovate.
- Tenacity and passion for revenue management and the boutique hotel sector.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring others on the journey.
- Experienced user of revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools
