Job Description:The role
  • Centralize Asset Management: The CHS is pivotal in establishing, maintaining and managing a centralized 'one source of truth' database to streamline and standardize
the storage and access of all sales materials, aligning with the overarching strategy of consolidating brands (Syncreon, Imperial, DP World) * Enhance Operational Efficiency: Streamline asset management processes across European commercial teams to minimize costs, mitigate risks, and optimize resource use, leading to significant time and cost savings
  • Foster Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate better alignment and synergy across departments and regions, enhancing communication and knowledge sharing to boost collective efficacy.
  • Improve Sales and Marketing Effectiveness: Provide sales teams with easy access to tailored and consistently branded collateral, increasing their efficiency and enabling more time spent on customer engagement.
  • Enhance Customer Experience and Drive Revenue Growth: Ensure that all customer-facing materials are coherent with brand messaging, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, while supporting the company's transition into 'One DP World' driving sales effectiveness, and supporting scalable growth to meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Please note this role is part of the events marketing team and not within the sales team.
Key responsibilities
  • Asset Library Management: Responsible for creating, managing, maintaining and optimizing a centralized “one-source-of truth” platform for all commercial collateral.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitates immediate and easy access to essential collateral and ensure that all commercial teams can rely on the platform for up-to-date, relevant and consistent information which accurately reflects the latest commercial strategies and materials of DP World, enabling swift responses to market opportunities and streamlined communication across departments. Critical link between the platform and the commercial teams (all pillars), through conceptualizing and executing the internal customer journey of the Commercial Teams, building trust along the way.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing support and training to users of the asset library to maximize its utility. This includes creating guidelines, offering regular training sessions, and developing support materials to help staff effectively utilize the library in collaboration with the platform used.
  • Compliance and Standardization: Ensure all materials within the asset library adhere strictly to corporate branding guidelines and legal standards. This includes auditing content regularly to verify compliance and consistency across all documents and materials.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the usage and performance of the asset library to assess its impact on sales efficiency and marketing effectiveness. This includes tracking key metrics such as user engagement, access frequency, and the contribution of the library to sales and marketing outcomes. Regular reporting to management on these metrics, along with insights and recommendations for further improvements, is crucial.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in the management and functionality of the asset library. This includes exploring new technologies, processes, or ideas that could enhance the accessibility, usability, or effectiveness of the asset library.
So, who are we looking forKey skills and experience include:
  • Experience: You must have successfully completed the 2 year graduate GROW programme.
  • Education: An associate degree or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field is generally required.
  • Certifications: Certifications in digital asset management, project management, or related software platforms can be advantageous.
  • Industry Experience: This role is ideal if you enjoy navigating complex, multinational settings and are passionate about making a significant impact on a regional scale. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in digital asset management, content management, or a similar role within a commercial or marketing context is required. Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is highly valued.
  • Project Management: If leading projects and seeing them from conception through to completion excites you, then your proven experience in managing database systems or digital libraries will make you a key player in our team.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at and enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively across different teams and departments. Your ability to manage expectations and align diverse groups towards common goals is crucial and highly valued in this role.
  • Technical / IT Skills - If you have a passion for leveraging state-of-the-art digital asset management and content management systems and are enthusiastic about data analytics and if it excites you to use software to craft and perfect sales and marketing materials, this role is designed to develop and expand those capabilities.
