- Identify potential new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers as required.
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software.
- A proactive approach to identifying and developing sales opportunities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer information.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.
