I am working in partnership with this organisation to recruit for a Internal Sales position. Focusing on building strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a great role for someone who is looking to pursue a career in sales.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the internal database.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Identify potential new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers as required.
