Supporting pupils aged 4–11, the team works hard to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their potential.Your role will include:Providing targeted support for pupils with special educational needs, including learning, communication, and emotional regulationDelivering one-to-one and small group interventionsAssisting classroom teachers with inclusive learning strategiesHelping pupils build confidence, independence, and positive relationshipsWe’re looking for someone who:Has strong experience working with SEND in a primary settingBrings a calm, patient approach and genuine passion for making a differenceIs confident supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH and communication difficultiesCan commit to a full-time role from SeptemberThrive trained?
