- Assist the class teacher in delivering targeted interventions and supporting small group activities.
- Provide 1:1 support to children with more severe educational needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and valued.
- Support the teacher in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a Key Stage 2 setting.
- Understanding of different learning needs and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in children's lives.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when required.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school environment.
