- Negotiating with customers and engineers to agree repair costs and any additional work
- Creating workshop job schedules and updating staff throughout the repair process
- Liaising with parts suppliers to ensure correct parts are ordered and delivered
- Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle's repair journey
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Estimator/VDA role
- ATA VDA qualification (required)
- Confident using Bodyshop Management Systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High level of personal and professional integrity
- Right to work in the UK
