Supervising Social WorkerSalary: £30,000-£39,000 + £3,400 car allowanceNonStop is working with an established independent fostering agency in the West Midlands that is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.Benefits:

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a caseload of foster carers
  • Supporting and supervising them to ensure the highest standards of care are met
  • Formulate development plans for foster carers
Requirements:
  • Registration with Social work England (SWE)
  • Driver
  • Experienced working in children’s services
  • Ideally someone who is experienced in fostering
