If you're passionate about making connections, opening doors, and being the spark behind business growth, this role is for you.💡 What You’ll Be Doing:As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be the engine behind the sales pipeline. Your job? Identify and engage senior decision-makers at exciting new businesses, build genuine relationships, and book high-quality meetings for the senior sales team. Think of yourself as the first step in turning interest into opportunity.You'll:
  • Develop creative outreach strategies to connect with potential clients.
  • Research and qualify leads, targeting businesses that will benefit from our client's innovative packaging solutions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, open conversations, and warm up prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers and National Account Managers to tee up impactful meetings.
  • Make full use of CRM systems and marketing assets to support your outreach.
  • Use B2B social engagement tools and platforms (think LinkedIn, email, etc.) to build relationships.
🤝 Who You'll Work With:You’ll work closely with the wider sales, marketing, and customer experience teams, as well as directly supporting the senior commercial leads. You won't be on an island - this is a team sport.✅ What We’re Looking For:You’re a good fit if you:
