By leveraging our global expertise, we enable our clients to develop winning solutions for their clients and communities.We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to be the front line of recruiting for essential operational and field-based roles within our water operations business. Working Hybrid (3-4 days on site) from our Warrington office, you will be at the forefront of finding and hiring the talent that keeps our customers running. You'll manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and our hiring managers.What will you be doing?
  • Creating and posting compelling job adverts on various platforms to attract skilled operational candidates.
  • Actively source and screen to find qualified individuals for roles.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing tools to build and maintain a talent pipeline for key operational roles.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for operational hiring managers, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with operational managers and teams.
  • Manage the offer process and prepare all necessary pre-employment paperwork.
  • Ensure all candidates receive clear, timely communication and a positive, professional experience.
Who we're looking for
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with a strong focus on high-volume trade or operational recruitment.
  • Ideally a solid understanding of the types of roles and skills needed within the water, utilities, or a similar heavy industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • A full UK driver's licence may be required for travel to various operational sites.
