You may either already be a regulated adviser with the Immigration Advise Authority (IAA) looking for the next opportunity, or have a strong interest in UK Immigration. If not already completed, you will throughout the first months (est. 6 months) be studying to become a regulated immigration adviser with the Immigration Advise Authority (IAA). Training will be provided though internal and external courses. Through this period, you will be providing administrative support to the team.In this position, you will help to provide exceptional levels of business administration support to a wide range of clients by supporting K2’s UK Immigration team in an administrative capacity. You will be exposed to a wide range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders offering timely assistance in a fast-paced environment. Acting as a point of contact for both assignees and HR representatives, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking all aspects of the E2E immigration case lifecycle.Hours of workMonday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm. Hybrid working applies, two days based in our London & Guildford offices (following successful completion of probation) to perform the role and build relationships which is an integral part of the K2 culture within the business.Main duties and responsibilities
  • Support the UK based team through initiation, management and execution (when applicable) of all immigration services.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  • UK inbound permits:
  • Skilled Worker and GBM Certificates of sponsorship
  • Leave to Remain and Entry Clearance applications
  • ILR, Citizenship and Naturalisation applications
  • Prepare and organise immigration-related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness for visa applications, work permits, and other relevant processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all immigration cases, tracking progress and providing regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and their HR teams, providing proactive support and responding promptly to any immigration queries.
  • Working with the UK Immigration team, identify and resolve any issues or challenges in the immigration process, using a solution-based approach to address clients' needs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve immigration processes to enhance client service delivery.
  • Assist with regulation based research where necessary
  • Work toward building knowledge of OISC’s rules and their codes of practice
  • Ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure all files are set up in accordance to K2 policy and our internal operation systems are completed accurately and promptly where all information is recorded in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all reports are updated and send out as scheduled to the client account manager in line with Account Brief.
  • Assist and manage client invoice processing, ensuring they are processed and filed accordingly.
