- Be the first point of contact for all callers, providing a warm, friendly, and professional experience.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, directing them effectively across 32 UK locations.
- Use internal telephony systems to quickly and accurately connect callers to the right teams.
- Assess caller needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring prompt and helpful routing.
- Collaborate with the wider national Reception team to maintain seamless service.
- Remain calm and efficient when handling urgent or sensitive enquiries.
- Represent the company brand with every interaction, using appropriate tone and language.
- Accurately log call information and support service improvement initiatives.
- Follow processes for confidential or business-critical enquiries.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent listener with a genuine ability to understand and respond to caller needs.
- Organised and efficient, able to handle multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using (or learning) internal telephony and directory systems.
- Calm under pressure and capable of handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.

- Paying up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, with two working pattern options: 8:00–4:30 or 9:30–6:00.
