This permanent position involves UK-wide travel and focuses on I&C and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects within the connections team.They would also consider a Jointers Mate with the machine tickets who is looking to progress his career within High VoltageKey Responsibilities:
  • Executing cable jointing at both 11kv or 33kv levels
  • Operating excavators (CPCS OR NPORS)
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient jointing of cables across various renewables projects
  • Maintaining adherence to health and safety standards on-site
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery
  • Travelling to different project sites across the UK as required
Job Requirements:
  • Trained in cable jointing at 11kv or 33kv
  • Certified as an Excavator or Dumper Driver
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to cable jointing
  • Ability to travel across the UK
