We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join their award-winning team. This independent agency boasts an extensive branch network and offers a well-defined career progression leading up to regional management.
As an Executive Sales Manager, your responsibilities will encompass establishing the dominant market presence in the area, optimizing revenues, expanding the property portfolio, fostering strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals, ensuring branch profitability, meeting financial targets, and effectively leading and motivating the team to achieve outstanding performance through strategic planning and execution.
Ideal candidates must possess prior experience in the Estate Agency field, coupled with a strong customer service background. We are seeking individuals who are target-oriented, resilient, and have a proven track record of success. Effective team management skills, motivation, and a consistently enthusiastic approach are essential. High standards of service and presentation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to demonstrate innovative ideas for market growth are crucial. A valid driving license and access to a car are mandatory.
