In this key role, you’ll be providing dedicated support to the Engineering Team, ensuring service is provided to Trinity’s high-quality standards.The role of Service ManagerAs a Service Manager at Trinity, you will be providing support to facilitate the efficient running of the Service Team at Heathrow Airport. You will be working as part of the dedicated Heathrow team and will be supported by our wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience.The key tasks include the following:
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our service commitments are met.
Handle the arrangements of labour resourcing and project delivery schedules.
Raise and process all invoice requests and purchase orders within agreed SLA’s
What skills do you need?
Proven ability to handle high level service activities with accuracy and thoroughness
Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships, providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines effectively.
Prior experience in the Fire Industry and/or Aviation sector advantageous but not required.
