Our client is a globally recognised offshore wind contractor with over 20 years of sector-specific experience and a rich marine heritage. They are seeking a Tender Engineer to support complex, multidisciplinary bids across offshore wind infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Support the Tender Manager in end-to-end coordination of large-scale tender processes.Independently manage smaller, project-based tenders.Prepare and compile high-quality bid documentation.Coordinate handover and mobilisation post-award.Lead post-tender evaluations and continuous improvement activities.Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.Previous experience in a similar tendering role, ideally within offshore wind or marine sectors.Exposure to hydraulic and/or civil engineering projects is advantageous.Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and commercial considerations.Strong analytical skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.What's on Offer:A dynamic, international working environment within a purpose-driven organisation.Hybrid working model with excellent work-life balance.Competitive salary package including company bonus, enhanced holidays, pension, health and wellbeing support, travel benefits, and learning opportunities.
