  • Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to maximise achievement
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and carers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching and learning outcomes
The ideal candidate will:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Geography at secondary level
  • Have a strong grasp of the Geography curriculum, including both physical and human geography
  • Demonstrate the ability to create a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking
  • Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Be committed to professional development and collaborative teamwork
