- Log new service calls and liaise with customers.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks for your allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain and update the database, including site and equipment details.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding ongoing repairs or orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.
- Proven experience in a varied scheduling role within a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
