You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.What would you do as our Architectural Graduate?As our Architectural Graduate, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge architectural software solution, Openings Studio, to architects, specifiers, design firms, and construction professionals.Your Key Responsibilities:Business Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in architecture and interior design.
  • Increase platform user base through strategic outreach and engagement.
Client Engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, and project managers.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations and software demos.
  • Provide consultative support throughout the design process.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and tech developments.
  • Share client insights with product teams to inform development.
Sales Administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on campaigns and launches.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be an Architectural Graduate, ideally with a 1st or 2.1 bachelor's degree
  • Have a strong understanding of architectural workflows and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Have familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
