
Commercial Account Manager - Electrical Beauty Fashion

- Drive the day to day account management of key trade partners to ensure budgets and commercial objectives are achieved across their major brands
- Responsible for all commercial activity with key customers, ranging, delivery of activity and projects across the fashion channel - with the likes of John Lewis, Very, Look Fantastic and ASOS
- Structure range reviews to drive value and volume
- Manage related forecasts by customer, tracking volume and value over rolling periods
- Analysis of sell out data by product, by category and review of promotions for maximum return
- Manage full promotional calendar understanding costs and profit
- Management of advertising and promotional budgets for each customer
- Assess all potential business opportunities within the channel and customer set
- Degree-level educated or equivalent - ideal but not essential
- Experience of working in electrical health and beauty, or similar category and product experience
- Passionate about the beauty sector and for amazing brands
- Strong sales, customer and account management experience, with excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience of both traditional retail and dot coms / ecommerce account management
- Confident, self-motivated, excellent communication skills and keen to front up on major accounts
- Relationship driven, data driven, strong attention to detail and customers needs
- Strong financial management skills, track record on P&L management
- Excellent IT and Excel/numeracy skills also
- Clean drivers license - role requires national mobility to see customers
- Candidates must be able to commute 3 days per week to the office located in the North Hampshire area, close to Reading / Basingstoke area
