You will be responsible for supporting the Manager with business growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care. You will be meeting Clients and Care Professionals on a regular basis.Key responsibilities:· Organising: Plan and allocate schedules monthly for our Care Professionals. Planning for absences and holidays. Starting new care packages with the Care Manager. Providing care out in the community when we have carers absences at short notice. It will usually happen around twice a month. If any unpredictable situations occur out of work hours, being part of the on-call every three weeks.· Problem Solving,· Communicating: Communicate frequently with clients, client's family and Care Professionals to make sure the care is delivered as the high standards as it should be.QualificationsEssential skills and abilities:· You must be organised, good at building relationships, caring and compassionate and have strong communication skills.Additional InformationIf you are thinking about taking the next step in your career at the same time as making a huge difference in the lives of elderly people in the community.
