Job DescriptionA Design Project Management firm with a small office in Leicestershire require a Construction PM to deliver their Retail projects, whereby they are working with clients both here, in Europe, and in North America.The role is three days in the office and two at home, with availability to being on-site and able to work across different time zones.
Some International travel may also be required for this role.Responsibilities (Include)
  • Oversee the delivery stages of the Project
  • Manage project budget
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints (in Autocad)
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills (dealing with Clients and Suppliers)
  • MAC literacy with good skills in Powerpoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word as well as Omniplan or MS Project
