- Answer calls in a professional and approachable manner, handling customer queries
- Taking orders and quote requests
- Tracking and managing shipments, liaising with customers on delivery time
- Assisting customers with pricing and product selection
- Using SAP to compile quotes and preparing orders
- Always adhering to company policies
- Supporting sales team to maintain customer records
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working as a sales administrator
- Experience using SAP or similar system
- Proven customer service skills
