Responsibilities as the Senior Sommelier…
  • Overseeing the wine service across the restaurant's bustling service
  • Managing and mentoring a team of two Sommeliers while reporting to the Head Sommelier
  • Guiding guests through an exceptional, hand-picked wine list designed to complement Southern European flavours
  • Assisting in the management and development of the wine list
  • Helping to curate wine pairings for exclusive seasonal dishes
