For everyone, everywhere.More about and .Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Lead Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join the Onboarding squad focusing on the Consumer segment. The team's main responsibility is to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new users from the moment they register with Wise until they successfully adopt our products and achieve their goal.As a Lead Product Analyst, your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of our customers, identify where they struggle or drop off throughout the flows as they navigate the process of onboarding onto Wise for the first time, and partner with your cross-functional team (including PM, ENG, Design, etc.) to offer new experiences that unlock value for both users and Wise. Your role will be to guide the team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive product strategy and growth.In this role, you will also have a unique opportunity to work across a horizontal team and collaborate with other domains within Onboarding, Regional, Product verticals, Servicing and more.For more information on our Analytics Career Map and levelling structure, click .What you'll be doing:Derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, to help support and improve the onboarding experience to maximise adoptionEvaluate high impact opportunities, find ways to support & accelerate or identify and advocate for better alternativesPartner with your product manager, engineers and designers throughout the product development lifecycle to build and iterate product changes based on your insightsBuild automated data pipelines and dashboards to minimise repetitive tasks and allow data self-serveHelp your team understand their progress and communicate this outside of your team by defining and reporting on KPIs that measure what mattersBe the primary point of contact for all data related questions on Consumer Onboarding and have full ownership of the domainQualificationsWhat you need to bring:Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills with hands-on data manipulation & advanced SQL skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutionsAbility to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentExperience in A/B testing, designing and analysing experimentsExperience working with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.), building and owning automated data pipelines with tools like DBT/AirflowExperience working with technical and product teams (PMs, Engineers, Designers, Analysts…), and getting things doneNice to have but not essential:Experience working with event data & tools (Mixpanel/Google Analytics/Amplitude etc)Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystemKnowledge of advanced scripting languages like Python/RAdditional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
