Finance Business Partner - Doncaster - Up to £45,000Chase & Holland are proud to be supporting a multinational logistics & engineering company who are seeking a dedicated Finance Business Partner to provide finance business partnering for Group Head Office Central functions, including owning the reporting, forecasting and budgeting process for these areas.This is an exciting and hands on position requiring the candidate to draw on their commercial acumen and strategic ability to manage the monthly accounts and the associated reports, forecasting and budgeting processes.Benefits:

Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with Regional Operation Managers and Accounts Managers to ensure financial targets are achieved
  • Preparing monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for relevant operational areas
  • Working closely with sales and production management teams to support in greater financial awareness
  • Carrying out financial analysis and reporting in order to support decision making on profitability and cost control
  • Supporting in mid-term planning processes
  • Preparing of month-end reports, commentaries and reporting packs with understanding of variance causes
  • Providing analysis and reporting to support in the continuous improvement of flow profitability
  • Highlighting variances to management, investigation and advising on actioning
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Part or fully qualified CIMA/ACCA with relevant experience in a finance business partnering focused role
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence and ability to build relationships with colleagues of all levels
  • Self-motivated and proactive, ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments
  • Strategically minded with a desire to support in driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively and positively challenge stakeholders where required
