Join our client’s dedicated multidisciplinary team at a private hospital in the heart of Hertfordshire, supporting adults through their recovery from eating disorders.Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Social Worker to support individuals receiving care and treatment for eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and atypical eating disorders. You’ll play a vital role in helping patients navigate their recovery journey, working closely with families, external agencies, and our internal clinical team.The overall aim of the service is to provide a stabilising environment, working with individuals to prevent further escalation of behaviours, leading to improved quality of life and greater independenceWhat will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will be,
- Providing psychosocial assessments and care planning
- Supporting patients with discharge planning and community reintegration
- Liaising with families, carers, and external services
- Advocating for patients’ rights and wellbeing
- Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings and treatment reviews
- Comfortable ensuite bedrooms
- Communal and recreational spaces including lounges, therapy rooms, and a therapy kitchen
