- Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Running files from quote through to post-completion
- Providing excellent client service and clear communication throughout
- Working closely with a full-time conveyancing assistant
- Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers
- Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing (all levels considered)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- A client-focused, practical and friendly approach
