Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 | London/MaidenheadOur Client is looking for an enthusiastic Associate AV Engineer with 1-2 years’ experience to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to build your career in the Audio Visual industry, working on exciting installations and gaining hands-on experience across multiple projects.What you’ll do:
- Assist with the installation & commissioning of AV & VC systems
- Support rack builds, cabling, testing, and diagnostics
- Help troubleshoot and repair AV equipment on-site
- Work closely with senior engineers, clients, and project teams
- 1-2 years’ Audio Visual experience (installation or service)
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Full driving licence
- Advantageous: IPAF, ECS, PASMA, CTS/CTS-I
- Competitive salary (£25k-£30k)
