- You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues
- Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account's terminology and KPIs
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits
- Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs
- Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions
- Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation
- Work experience - Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment
- Proven track record - Within a sales and/or service role in process manufacturing
- Technical know-how - Proven experience with passive components such as cables, connectors, and related hardware essential for IT/OT systems, including understanding of integration and application requirements for industrial environments
- Communication skills - Ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience
- Language proficiency - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
