FTE: £35,000 - £45,000 DOERobert Half LTD are working with an organisation based in North Bristol to recruit an experienced HR Generalist on a part-time basis (3 days per week).This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with managers to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle.This is initially an interim role, for a period of 3 months, with the potential to extend or go permanent. We are looking at candidates who are immediately available for work.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities
- Support performance management, training, and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR policies
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident in handling ER cases and advising managers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) desirable
- Competitive FTE salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
- Flexible, part-time working pattern (3 days per week)
