JOIN THE OZONE TEAM!Ozone Coffee Roasters are looking for a Dispatch Assistant to join the Ozone team at our production facility, packing and distributing coffee to our online customers and wholesale clients and helping to maintain the day to day operations.Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the management of accurate and timely order packing, preparing and shipping.
  • Ensuring anything that leaves the building adheres to the highest standards of the Ozone brand and quality.
  • Work closely with the Dispatch & Roasting teams to ensure any issues directly relating to orders are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Support warehouse operations including stocktakes, unloading deliveries including occasional containers & general housekeeping.
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting of green and roasted coffee within the facility.
  • Equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Maintaining a clean & safe working environment.
This job is based at our roastery in Seighford, Stafford.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • No late or weekends.
  • Currently trialling 9 day fortnight, an additional day off with no reduction in pay after successful completion of probationary period.
  • All the coffee you can handle to drink at home and at work.
