Our client is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal - full time or part timeManage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions with minimal supervisionPrepare and review legal documents including missives, offers, dispositions, and standard securitiesLiaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third partiesConduct title checks, searches (Registers of Scotland, Land Register, etc.), and due diligenceDraft and submit LBTT (Land and Buildings Transaction Tax) returnsCoordinate settlements and registrations through Registers of ScotlandKeep clients updated regularly throughout the transaction processMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Law Society of Scotland and AML regulationsAssist solicitors in complex transactions or commercial conveyancing as requiredFull Time or part time Office BasedMinimum [1-2+] years of experience in residential conveyancingExcellent knowledge of Scottish property law and proceduresStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactionsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in using case management systems and Registers of Scotland online servicesA respected law firmCompetitive salary and great benefits
