- A recognised plumbing qualification or relevant certification.
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, installation, and repair work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and associated tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations within the property sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
