A well established Social Housing Group are looking for a CIPs qualified
Senior Procurement Manager to develop and lead Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and develop sustainable and fluid supply chains.The ideal candidate would have experience of leading the implementation of new Procurement Systems for a major new project on the horizon.Key Accountables & skills:*Manage a team of up to 7 Procurement Managers, Category Managers and Procurement Officers.*Work collaboratively with the Group Procurement Team, supporting the Head of Procurement in developing and delivering operational excellence and strategies.*Build and drive continuous improvement, nurturing established relationships and building new ones to ensure an effective, reliable supply chain.*Be commercially aware and keep up to date with market trends to make credible business decisions.*Manage and lead on Category spend across all categories, be fully responsible for budgets*Develop and be highly experienced on Public Contracts regulations*Excellent of successfully landing complex procurement projects*High levels of general business acumen, attention to detail and IT skills*CIPs qualification - ideally Level 7If you are an ambitious senior CIPs qualified procurement professional do not hesitate and click APPLY today!!!Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
