  • Translate customer workflows into dynamic AI flows (e.g., file checks, rostering logic, status alerts)
  • Build prompt- and agent-driven workflows for compliance tasks within Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Ship and iterate rapidly alongside current CTO and product + delivery leads
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and models that align with SAMARA's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and apply them effectively to drive innovation within the company.
  • Optimise and scale machine learning models for performance and efficiency, leveraging best practices in AI engineering.
  • Integrate using Microsoft Graph API or prebuilt plugins
Requirements
  • Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
  • Built with tools like LangChain, OpenRouter, or function-calling agents
  • Solid with Next.js, Node.js, or Python (we’re flexible)
  • Some experience (or curiosity) around regulated workflows and operational complexity
  • Bonus: Microsoft Graph API or 365 integration experience
