The key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.As our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:
  • Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

  • Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager, Assistant Meetings and Events Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
