The legal department of this company operates under a flat management style, creating an entrepreneurial and team-working environment that is very hard to come by for companies of their size.The variety of work on offer and the culture created make this an exciting opportunity for the successful Legal Counsel. This company have a great track record of employing lawyers from Top 100 Law firms and well-experienced legal counsels.The company have a very enviable client base, including international luxury vehicle companies and automobile manufacturers. Their client relationships span the globe, allowing their in-house lawyers excellent exposure to HNW / UHNW work.The roleYou will work closely with the other legal counsels, dealing with a broad variety of corporate & commercial matters and a mixed bag of commercial responsibilities. You will also be working across the company's wider portfolio, including well-known top automobile brands, sports teams, television/radio and much more.The work on offer includes commercial agreements, corporate M&A, stakeholder management, procurement, sponsorship agreements and much more. You will be working within a team of 8 lawyers varying in degree and experience, although all have an impressive wealth of experience and a strong legal pedigree in common.Requirements
  • You will be a solicitor of 5+ PQE with a background in Corporate Commercial Law
  • You will have a strong sense of Commercial acumen
  • You will have the ability to work proactively within a team and have the ability to also work autonomously when required.
