The Accounts Assistant position involves managing accounts payable, cash management, and accounts receivable functions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.   • Providing support to the finance team by managing daily accounting tasks.
  • Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Accounts Payable.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Standing orders and direct debit posting.
  • Balance sheets.
  • Accounts Receivables.
  • Assisting with other accounting projects as needed.
