- Strategy:
- Develop and track important metrics to measure progress towards strategic goals.
- Lead planning sessions and workshops across the organization, and coordinate the annual STRAP process.
- Develop and curate operations network strategy across all sites and supply chain.
- Communicate the strategic vision and goals to all employees.
- Project Management Office (PMO):
- Lead and manage the PMO team, setting vision, direction, and performance expectations
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, standard processes, and tools.
- Ensure consistent application of project management processes across all functions and Business Units.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive project portfolio, prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment and demonstrating the value of the Big Rocks and A3 processes
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks
- Provide mentorship and support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead process improvement efforts for the division, striving to enhance operational effectiveness throughout the organization. Develop a roadmap of projects that deliver significant value across business units and functions.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, like Finance, HR, and IT, to guarantee alignment and backing for central initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within strategy, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and standard processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience leading and managing a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
